Salim Elkhou, Founder & CEO:
Mr. Elkhou founded e-Stet in 2007 with the primary focus of providing services and products that efficiently streamline the e-discovery process. Under his leadership, e-Stet has successfully worked on some of the nation’s most document-intensive cases for AMLAW 100 firms. Prior to e-Stet, Mr. Elkhou was the National Director of E-Discovery in two large litigation support firms, deploying multiple ESI data centers throughout the United States. He has been integrally involved in architecting industry-leading e-discovery software and regularly provides court testimony on forensics methods. Mr. Elkhou holds a Computer Science degree and a Mathematics minor.
Yoeli Barag, Esq., President:
Mr. Barag joined e-Stet in 2009. He was previously an associate with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. Mr. Barag was later a member of Lazard Middle Market’s mergers and acquisitions investment banking group. Yoeli is an instructor at UCLA’s Paralegal Training Program, where he lectures on the topic of legal technology. Mr. Barag holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He also holds a Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law. Mr. Barag is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
Robert Chuey, Executive Vice President of Sales:
Mr. Chuey joined e-Stet in 2011 and manages the company’s national business development and sales efforts. As a member of the company’s executive team, Mr. Chuey brings over 17 years of litigation technology industry expertise. Mr. Chuey has held prominent regional and national sales management positions within the e-discovery arena and has a proven track record of successfully proposing and executing complex e-discovery solutions for AmLaw 100 firms as well as Fortune 500 corporations. Robert holds a BA in Business from Shepherd University.
Linda Alele, Vice President of Client Relations:
Ms. Alele joined e-Stet in February 2012 as Vice President of Client Relations and member of e-Stet’s Defensibility Consulting Practice. Linda is responsible for client-related interactions, specifically in workflow determination, marketing, public relations and general industry awareness. She is a veteran of the legal technology industry with expertise in strategic planning and consulting, litigation and practice support, electronic discovery, technology implementation and client relations. She was Vice President at IMEF International Petroleum, a privately held oil and gas trading and investment company, where she managed the company’s operations and consulted on national and regional regulatory issues, tribal concerns, electronic discovery and data management strategies.
Ms. Alele was previously the firm wide Manager of Practice Support at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where she was a founding member of the Electronic Discovery Task Force, consulting with clients on electronic discovery best practices, defensible cost cutting measures and leveraging technology in the law office.
Ms. Alele has spoken extensively on the topic of document management strategies and vendor relations. She was a member of Law Technology News (LTN) Editorial Advisory Board, and she has served on the client advisory panel of several industry organizations.
Ms. Alele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from California State University, Los Angeles.
